Analytics, only if you allow it

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count visits and see which pages are useful, including clicks on App Store, download, checkout and email links. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) and processes your IP address, device and browser information and the pages you view. Advertising features are switched off.

If you decline, or do nothing, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics cookies.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Google may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy.

Server logs

Like any web server, the server hosting this site records standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the requested page, the referring page and browser information. They are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted on a rolling basis. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

When you email me

If you write to contact@hobbysoft.pro, I use your name, address and message to reply and, if we work together, to run the project and meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and the contract itself (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@hobbysoft.pro. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or the authority in your country.
